Can anyone here elaborate on this? I don't quite understand how this works. How do I change the buy order to a sell order if it's already been completed?

If you are trading on exchanges, you can't edit an order that's been completed.

It costs 0.25% just to put in a buy order. Same with sell order. 0.5% is a dumb minimum where you won't profit. This entire idea is Alles "working the spread". It's usually done by bots, and they will fuck up your order by always under/over bidding you a tiny fraction.

I had decent success with an idea like this by trading coins that were ranging. 1min candles with at least average 1.5% difference between the top of a candle and the bottom.

Bots also trade these though. I had a good run on BQX on Hitbtc and went 100% returns in an hour, but when the bots come on they will outbid you and leave you 0.001 away from filling an order.
