Before we go batshit crazy all ACTUAL cryptos got:
Scalability (mining), proof-of-works (blockchain technology), and distribution (decentralized governance).
Somehow only a few cryptos all got that, since it's awfully easy to make money on some new coin you need to print out yourself (pre-mine) like you were the new federal reserve bank yourself.
Or (((someone))) wants to make a new fork, where the proof of works needs to be centralized somewhere to speed up the transfers.
So far, I have only recognized litecoin, the old bitcoin, Dash, old Eth and Monero (and Doge) to have exactly those on the clear.
My question is, does anybody know of any new coin that haven't hit the spotlight yet? Everybody should be looking for the next gen coin imho if they want to support the evolution and make it profitable for people to start working on newer technology.
So far, as I can see it, Dash got the best governance and tech, while Lite and Doge got the most spotlight with monero standing right behind them with better tech.
I'm soon to invest heavily in some of the, and so far I haven't found any other coin that aren't in the pocket of some organization. I'd like to hear from any of you some day.
