The weather is driving me nuts in Sydney. I can handle hot or cool but not the constant change overnight. Depends on the state, in NSW there is a form on green slip that the owner signs and submits. To say that any fines and shit are not their problem. I think the new owner then also has to submit a form to confirm that the ownership was transferred to them.
