I did my 5x5 Squats with just the bar again. I could really feel it in my quads. I am going to be sore again I think.

I did the 5x5 Overhead Press with 20kg. That was just about right weight wise. My arms are just a little bit sore.

Yeah it's definitely tragic,I had a similar experience to you when I broke my arm as a kid, lots of old people, few other kids with injuries and so on, could hear the doctors talking to them and so on however I'm not sure if I'd like to be euthanized though, I'd rather be dosed up on a ton of morphine or something and just slowly slip away.

I am a proponent of sovereignty but I do not think that should be at the peril of our whole society. That probably seems like a contradiction but I think we need to live within our means some cost to the living standards some of us have. If you have a permanent position that is not a contract job, then you leave after you are done what you are required to do. If you are scheduled to work 8 hours, and you need half an hour of cleaning time you leave your current task half an hour before, you go back and clean anything you need to for that last half an hour then leave. Some people do not take their breaks and sometimes take them at the end of the day before they leave. If they want you to do more work and you have a permanent position then tell them to pay you more by going to a union representative (tax deductive fee) and let them deal with it.

Very true that if anyone else drivers your car you need to have them on your insurance agreement if you only have nominated drivers. It doesn't add that much to your insurance if you want anyone to drive your car but their premium if they are under $25 can be up to repairing your car up to $2000+. Mummybot got rid of the insurance extra that reduced it down because it cost $30 a month and I was a safe driver who was even more careful because I didn't want to pay that repair bill.

My sister was the one involved in the crash and my advice to her was to get her partner to insure everything without having nominated drivers like they currently do.
