No hay diferencia en realidad en esas 2 versiones, te recomendaría la de PSX por encima de la de PC por temas de compatibilidad, recuerda que es un juego muy viejito y puede no funcione bien en los sistemas operativos actuales y sea un dolor de cabeza en general en muchas otras cosas como resoluciones o sonido, para eso mejor lo emulas y te ahorras muchos problemas.

El clásico Final Fantasy VII que esta mas rayado que cupo de cadivi, pero fuera de meme es de lo mejor de la consola.
Y cualquier Megaman de el PS1 incluyendo los X, En esa época aun eran un desafió bueno.
