Son ricas las ratas, pero no se comen por el hanta. Deben cocinarlas mucho rato y con alcohol. Deben tener cuidado con no romper el sistema digestivo.
Dejen a las ratas macerando en alcohol.
En Chile las ratas eran un plato tradicional hasta que el hanta comenzó en su apogeo. (Ya que matamos a la mayoría de personas inmunes, que eran los mapuches)
Les recomiendo también cultivar sus propias papás y hierbas para acompañar a las ratas.
