To be honest, I'm quite simple.

I don't like exercise... actually, that's a good point. The alcohol intervention lady said that I should actually try to exercise because replacing my need for booze with vidyagames ain't good enough and will isolate me.
I don't get how people ENJOY exercise, I never liked breaking a sweat.
