I can't be assed to recall how to make them from scratch. But a good chocolate chip cookie dough would suffice. I use Papa Murphy's cookie dough when I'm being cheap. Get a pack of double stuff oreos too. What you do is heat the oven like normal to cook the cookies. But on the cookie pan you place the oreos first, then grab a spoonful of dough and roll it into a ball with your hands. Flatten it until it's diameter is greater than the oreo. Place the dough on top of the oreo and bake like normal. Bam, better cookies.
