This is a Netflix Original. This scene is from the second season, and it's not in officially in English yet, but likely will be just like the last season. Lost of fanservice and girls making sexy noises because of gambling. Somehow I haven't heard much of the usual crowd crowing about sexualized highschoolers, despite the heavy amount of them Netflix no doubt attracts due to all their propaganda shows. I'm at the beginning of the third episode, about six out so far and noticed this in the corner, intentionally mispelled with the loli character front and center. The first and second episode of this season also featured a loli character, also wearing nothing provocative like this more important loli, but had lots of her heavy breathing "in distress". There's also another potentially more significant loli character introduced in this season as well. It got me wondering if this second season might attact more negative attention because of loli fanservice.

inb4 lolifag shits up the thread

Loli fanservice comes in chunks, it was never a steady flow, even during the periods that could be argued to contain the most of it.

I like the first season's OP more but I like second season's ED about as much as the first's.

I enjoyed it, would recommend Nauti's subs.

Probably OP of the season.

not sure if people dislike it because its too dumb for them or they are too dumb for it.

Who dislikes it? I haven't really heard anyone's opinion on the show. I enjoy it well enough. I don't like when they pull bullshit by not having whatever subtle hint some character used to their advantage that will be referred to later on not visible to the viewer in the scene which it was originally visible to the character. I can't recall any particular instances of this though, as it's been a while since I saw the first season. I only watched the show originally because I know someone with Netflix who doesn't care if I use it, and rest assured they'd still be paying for it even if I didn't use it.

>whatever subtle hint some character used to their advantage

they did this in the card game though before the idol thing started -- the only real hint we got beforehand was that the dogloli wanted to get back at poisonhag for abusing the neutrality

Oh, I missed these lolipops that are there for about a second and a half at the beginning and her licking this lolipop brand lollipop. Here's the other new loli. The loli in the first two episodes of the season likely won't get much more screen time.

There's that one spammer who will appear soon saying that it is shounenshit. I am enjoying it, though not as much as season 1 because the gambles are only once every two episodes now.

Is he the one that said Yakusoku no Neverland would somehow devolve into powerlevel shounenshit?

>>88537

Yeah probably. He's worse than the loli guy, at least loli guy doesn't go around moaning that everything without a loli is hagshit.

My only problem with this is that I don't like the premise. An entire high school anime based on gambling doesn't sound enticing to me tbh.

Im still watching it, mostly because it's strangely sexual.

>sexiest OP of the season

But why though?

Feels pretty ecchi to me.

It could just has easily been set in some casino island or some bullshit. The Japs just have a thing for highschool settings.

It's about the decadence, immorality and insanity of (((elites))) not gambling.

This and stupidly sexy 15 year olds. Noting against the sexyness, of course. It's just that I was 15 once, and I'm 100% sure even the hottest girls in my school didn't look that sexy.

>and I'm 100% sure even the hottest girls in my school didn't look that sexy.

I'd seen a few bombshells in highschool that could fit the body types in Kakegurui. But who cares about realism when you can have sexy girls? If you want to point out it's unrealistic, what's even more unrealistic is that most of the main gamblers in the show are girls. Men are far more predisposed risk taking behaviors than women as a result of their evolutionary roles.

What? This aired on tv in nipland.

Netflix buys the streaming rights to shit and slaps "Netflix Original" on it. They don't care if they funded it themselves, or had any participation in the creation process, as "Netflix Original" would imply.

Or rather, I should say, exclusive streaming rights. Meaning it can't be streamed by any other service.

Exclusivity is a fucking mistake, i hope the streaming bubble would just implode on itself already. Hell, Kikeflix is taking major losses because they kept funding garbage originals for everyone to poke and laugh at.

I really hope this cash-burn type of business bubble will pop sooner rather than later.

There was a whole parade for them carrying millions of yen this episode, sadly mostly poorly animated and out of focus.

Netflix has survived in the red for so long because it's a valuable propaganda tool.
