In general I hated how it became "every fighter was kinda friendly with one another" competition-friendship bullshit but it stayed consistent to where each of the fightts were interesting. It turned out to be a "tournament arc" manga I could recommend. The semi-finals and finals set up a good bit of unpredictability too. It was a decent to above average ride.

I made the mistake of buying one had too small a screen. It was a Kobo that was kinda an old model, but still went for it since it was the only brand that had an external memory slot, I think. Bokutachi ga Yarimashita
MCs are a bunch of nobodies who live a pretty average life, undil one day they get involved with some delinquents from the school across the street who kidnap and beat one of the MCs.
As a revenge they set a plan to go to their bullies' school at night and plant homemade remote explosives outside of their windows, to prank them and maybe get them in trouble. The plan takes a turnt to the worse when one o the explosives detonates some propane tanks outside the school killing several students (including some of the bullies). Some fucked up shit ensues.

Although she looks like a Nip tumblrina which comes with the territory of being the co-creator of that borderline yaoi show, she is actually a very good artist and writer when it comes to normal stories like this manga, which is about a guy and a girl who died due to the usual isekai tier bad luck and for some reason timeslipped together 3 years into their mutual past. The guy now has the chance to try and woo his old crush, a female senpai who leads their school's ouendan club. The girl gives him support from the sidelines with more than a few hints that she likes him a bit as well, although the dynamic between them is more akin to a manzai performance. The main love interest - the one on that cover - is also a well-written character and I'm enjoying the comfy ride so far.

HP Lovecraft's The Shadow Out of Time
If you're familiar with the original story then this needs no introduction. But just in case, this is a story about an economics professor who experienced an extended amnesia lasting five years - with everyone else remembering him being an entirely different person for those years - and his eventual quest to find out what exactly happened with his lost memories, which as it always is in Lovecraft stories, is something he might be better off not knowing after all. This is not strictly an adaptation, but sort of a reinterpretation since the author also adds some minor content to make the flow of the story more coherent in manga form. Art is great and the pacing is consistent. The author has also done several other manga adaptations of HPLshit with this one being a good entry point since it's basically the easiest Lovecraft story to get into in my opinion. However for some reason SJWs are attracted to Lovecraft stories like flies to a corpse, perhaps because ultimately their ideology is nihilistic in nature, self-hating and self-destructive, which falls in line with Lovecraft's fatalism in seeing human civilization as worthless compared to the horrors beyond our knowing. And reading this title on Dex aka r/manga: scanlations edition, the comments section doesn't disappoint with a bunch of soyboys and their low key cuck propaganda.
