Currently watching this, it's pretty fun. It doesn't have the same kind of charm as something like Ichigo Mashimaro or other Doga Kobo shows like Yuru Yuri but it's better than some SOL shows from previous seasons. I really like the VA for Hana, I thought she was voiced by the same seeiyuu as Chino from GochiUsa or Kotoha from Mitsuboshi Colors (which I thought were the same people) but apparently they just sound alike.
It's kind of shitty how after every joke a character has to explain the joke afterwards though. I also would've liked more self-awareness which is probably what sets this show apart from most of the popular SOL shows like the ones I previously mentioned. I would've preferred if there had been more of those scenes where Hana was outright disgusted by Miya and if Noa had been more of a sadistic bitch-type of a character but I guess this was meant to be more innocent than that.

Even Hana, like you said, didn't get disgusted enough and even when she did did, backed down too easily. Even bringing in a stalker barely ruffled the plot. Combined with the joke explaining killing the pace, the whole thing seemed to just drift along almost entirely on "being cute".
That said, Noa's smugface is an absolute miracle, especially on the last episode. Been trying to perfect it in my own drawings.

I actually really liked Hinata's overly-energetic and innocent personality. Also her obsession with Miya was pretty cute, I really liked that episode where they flashed back to when she was a baby.
And to be fair, while it was a bit bland at times, I can also appreciate the innocence of this show. In a lot of anime characters like Hinata or Miya would be the target for malicious bullying, I'm glad that this wasn't the case in this one. I could be wrong but maybe this was just meant for a younger audience than the average SOL show? There were times were I actually felt like this was meant for children rather than NEETs in their 30s like most of these type of series.
