Was that really the position that Marley was in? It's been a while since I read that part of AoT but wasn't Marley a superpower that after years as the world top dog started to lose ground as more nations were able to counter the titans. So the Eldians are the original oppressors, or master race. They have natural titan genes, which is why in the latest episode you only need to shoot some serum in their spine to make them a regular titan. That's where the Titans come from, Marleyans forcing Eldians to become titans to eat the remaining Eldians behind the walls as revenge for Eldian oppression of Marley.
Eldians had a great empire and ruled everyone else (Marley) like slaves. Then Eldia had a cuckold king (Karl Fritz) who suffered from white guilt and internally destroyed Eldia so Eldia wouldn't oppress Marley anymore.
Marley took advantage of the cuckold king to turn the tables on Eldia and basically start persecute Eldians as revenge, making them become second-class citizens, while the bulk went behind the walls with cuckold king Fritz. Marley stole the original "smart" titan powers and used this to establish their own empire, with the singular goal of exterminating all Eldians, theirs is built wholly on revenge.
So who are the "jews" in all this? Marley. They were originally slaves who took control through Eldian royal incompetence and now 24/7 think only about killing Eldia.
