The roar of my father's car could be faintly heard as it pulled away for another day at work. Meaning Mommy had her breakfast and was ready to come get me. I hurried to tuck the calendar back under my crib pad and find my pacifier to suckle.
"Good Morning~" greeted my mommy in her cutesy sing-song voice. I inwardly groaned at her outfit, or lack there of. Just her booties, lacy ribbon bracelets, two pigtails, and a unicorn and heart printed diaper, probably with two stuffer pads. The only good thing was it meant I would get changed from my nighttime diaper and into something thinner.
Mommy let the rails down and took my hand to 'help' me out and 'guide' my walk to the changing table. It was really unfair, just because she was an adult baby didn't mean I had to be too! Frustrated, I couldn't hold it in anymore, "Please Mommy-"
Or rather I started to say. She put my face between her hands and sort of…smooshed? My face, it was a difficult experience to describe. "No no baby, thay it wight."

I never really understood this set. Is the mother dreaming she’s the daughter and that making her wet the bed? Is the daughter somehow psychically invading the mother’s mind and making her wet? Looking at it now I guess more likely it’s the daughter dreaming about being a big girl like the mom but the mom secretly wets the bed. The second idea does make me want to write a story where a mother and young daughter have a kind of reverse psychic link in maturity and potty training. As the daughter gets older and better about using the potty the mother starts having accidents and acting more babyish. One I've had in my head for a while is a mother and daughter both being forced regressed by a third party. Maybe the daughter gets to be treated as slightly older than the mother, with pull ups and a bed instead of diapers and a crib for example.

Well the role reversal aspect can be pretty hot, but depending on how it's presented there's a lot of horniness associated with it.
People already associate MILFs with wide hips and big butts, which is amazing with diapers.
If the moms are wearing diapers in conjunction with their charges, it implies a real submissive femininity, because even moms in charge of changing diapers are in diapers themselves.
Also, like in some of the pictures above if there's a dynamic with the mom being the one excited about diapers and trying to coerce the daughter into it, it's also really fun.
