They have existed but never last. There is zero profitability in hosting abdl(strictly) content for free. Most ABDL sites just compile videos that link to other free sites.
In terms of dedicated servers, your best bet is to find smaller porn sites and just search 'diaper'. Spankbang. com is pretty good. Use bing and just scroll through them all. There are hidden gems. Always search by 'latest upload' to get newer content
Its honestly impossible to support an ABDL only server with just ad revenue. Not enough traffic

To add to this, spankbang has a fairly diverse catalog of diaper vids but the amount that people update or add those videos has decreased compared to a few months ago

it was hosted in canada, so anything was allowed.
i used to post a ton of stuff there until one of the companies threatened to sue me, so i deleted everything of their's i posted.
