They're very easy to create.
You could throw that together in 10 minutes in GIMP or inkscape. Inkscape is probably better for most of the design elements - just use GIMP to clean up any assets like the pampers logo and background photo.

For a theme, someone might find this cringey, but how about something targeted towards 'parents' of adult baby girls who are really heavy messers. Like it talks about high capacity, ultra thick, smell protection, etc.

I think that's a very good point. It's the thought of women wearing diapers being a normal everyday thing and I start to picture women I know in diapers. Ah what a world that would be. I also like the humiliation aspect of bedwetting and the aspect of needing diapers when you are a young adult, not that I would ever untrain myself just the thought itself is hot. The thought of having an accident is incredibly hot but actually having one probably wouldn't be fun.

Picfab really was (is?? i think maybe they resurfaced a year or two ago and did a few more) the master of this format imo and the vast majority of the good ones in this thread are picfabs
