Any chance you could link to an example of a private video so I can see what we're up against? It doesn't have to be anything ABDL related if you're worried about it being taken down.

Well, turns out I can't even make an account on that site. They might be silently rejecting disposable email addresses, or it might be some other problem. Whatever it is, I can't be bothered trying to bypass it.

Anyway, try using youtube-dl with the –cookies option:

Yes. It basically lets youtube-dl pretend to be your browser by copying the session cookies over. It should work on any site which uses cookies for authentication.

No. It can't hack sites for you. It just lets you download things you could access anyway.

Nothing easy.

Social engineering is most likely your best bet. Convince them to grant you access to the video.
