In 2020, modern medical professionals in the first world have a breakthrough on how to mitigate bad influences on the human condition. Psychiatrists and psychologists alike come to the conclusion that a lot of mental ailments (Stress, depression, anxiety etc.) can be alleviated via regression therapy/diaper training. This goes beyond mental ailments and is discovered to also have a high success rate and rehabilitating criminals and adjusting social behaviors in kids, teens and adults alike. The therapy/training can be extremely varied and adjusted on a case by case basis. Some people might just need a 'timeout' from the real world to help with their anxiety, while others might need strict discipline and behavioral correction and some might need a bit of both. To accommodate this new discovery, various facilities spring up across the modern world and prison systems are completely revamped. The interior of these facilities vary wildly depending on the type of therapy/training they're catering to. A facility focusing mainly on regression therapy in order to combat stress, anxiety and depression would be decorated like an actual nursery/kindergarten with warm soothing colors, simple children's toys and padded playroom floors. The employees would be trained medical professionals, but they would act more like actual child caretakers in order to create a relaxed and nurturing environment and their dress code would reflect this. A facility focusing mainly on diaper training in order to adjust social behavior or punish criminals could be very different. Some might present themselves similarly to the regression therapy facilities but would only do so in order to increase the level of humiliation. Others might even be cold and sterile facilities with patients/inmates spending most of their time in straitjackets tied down to their beds. The employees would still be trained medical professionals, but they'd be more strict and focus much more on discipline and humiliation.

There would be many different levels of therapy/training that patients could be admitted under. Some might undergo regression therapy at a literal baby level and be completely stripped of any and all independent action. They'd spend their days in thick diapers and cute outfits, encouraged to not have a care in the world while being coddled by specialized facility employees, acting as mommies and daddies depending on what's relevant for the patient. They'd spend their time sleeping, eating, cuddling with mommy/daddy/other babies and of course filling their diapers, with everything being taken care of for them. Others might need a different level of regression therapy and be reduced to toddler level rather than baby. These patients would still wear and use diapers, have naps and be well taken care of, but less dependence would be encouraged for them. Their caretakers would not be mommies and daddies, but rather nannies and they'd be allowed their own playtime and be allowed to act unsupervised for small amounts of time if necessary. A third group might not need to be treated like babies/toddlers but just as children instead. Their process would be more akin to that of an actual kindergarten, with plenty of activities and plenty of time to play. There'd still be naptime and patients would still be required to wear pull-ups at all times but they'd be encouraged to relieve themselves on the potty rather than going in their pants. The employees would act more like actual kindergarten teachers, giving their patients a certain degree of freedom and independence but still very much treating them like children. Punishments such as corner time, spankings, demotion to diapers/thicker diapers/extended time without changes/early bedtimes would be a part of the regression therapy but would not be doled out lightly. You'd have to really act out and do so consistently in order to get punished.

The diaper training would be different. Here the patients would be disciplined, punished and humiliated into falling in line. This could be for criminals or it could be for kids/teens with behavioral problems. Maybe it's brought to your attention that your teenage daughter has been bullying other students at school or maybe your son stole the answer sheet for an upcoming test or maybe he was smoking on school property. Whatever the case you can make sure they don't repeat that mistake twice by signing them up for a week/a month/a year of diaper training. Whatever might be relevant for them. Here they'll be forced into humiliating infantile outfits and diapers undergo routine spanking and enema sessions daily and appear on public livestreams as they're forced to fill their diapers in front of a live audience several times per day. There might even be some sexual teasing involved where the patients are edged day after day but never allowed a release for their frustrations. Basically whatever punishment you might deem appropriate can be applied here. For criminals there'd be punishments depending on the severity of their crimes. Some might 'just' be treated as babies/toddlers/childrens but others might have to undergo extreme bondage and spend most of their time restrained in oversized baby bassinets being fed through a tube and filling their diapers, serving the rest of their sentencing without a shred of dignity.

There are many other things I could talk about such as incorporating hypnosis into the system or independent caretaker contractors that come and live at your home and baby you from there etc. but this post is already a wall of text so I'll stop here.

I really like this concept as a low key way of getting a bunch of ABDL fantasies made.

Some people were saying that this wouldn't result in adult actors being used for stuff like diaper commercials but I don't think so. In other cultures where women weren't allowed to perform and men played female roles, there were probably some people who thought it was kinky but everyone else would've just thought it was normal.

How amazing would it be if every diaper commercial ever filmed had to involve adult actresses? And every awful kids comedy involving babies like Baby geniuses? And comedies where the diapers are supposed to be a gross out factor like mr mom?

Every new diaper commerical that came out would get passed around on boards like this so depraved people like us could jerk off to it. It would be amazing.
