This is actually really good! One thing that I notice though is that she looks totally jacked. (not really that much, but I really wanted to use the word "jacked") If you were going for a buff look, great job. Also the face seems a bit angular/harsh, but again, its not at all bad.

if I told you I would have to kill you. my style isnt consistent, so it may just look like someone's though, this one would probably most resemble Meruyaa's art since ive been looking at alot of her stuff recently

The tumblr one is not working because tumblr delete nsfw stuff, thus killing their platform. And the 2nd you should be able to, you may need to make a pixiv account (plently of good diaper art on there so ide go for it) you can also log in with a twitter account

Not to be a downer or anything but… You really should be drawing heads, its kinda like the measurement standard. Also your not good at foreshortening, hands, or general proportions…. so I mean heads are kinda ya know, like, not the least of your worries.
