My advice would be avoid wearing on hot days. Why wear a diaper if it's going to be more of a hindrance than it's worth?

It's been all hot, humid days here lately, so it's hard to pick 'good' days. Today is the coolest it's been in weeks and it's still too hot for ideal diaper interaction.

Wearing skirts, or just being bottomless save for a diaper is the best.

I have worn diapers in most climate zones, including tropical and subtropical, and never had any real issues.

What's your problem exactly? Sweat? The diaper takes pretty good care of that, by design.

I tend to change pretty quickly if I piss and besides that piss doesn't even smell depending on your diet just avoid sodas and asparagus and you're golden.

OP here, I tend not to wet too often and change immediately after if I do, so, not really a factor.
