No, the founder of rearz made the store primarily for cloth diapers for infants then she had people come in and ask if she would stock abdl brands as she had some adult medical brands and adult cloth diapers. Then she went fuckin' HAM on the abdl shit once word got out that you could get those brands in Canada and created the original adult rearz products and started drastically upping the abdl merch and shipping stuff outside of Canada/Ontario.

I think they are mostly technically fine. The faces in the right image are a bit distorted, but it isn't particularly bad. They come across as very artistic, but not particularly visually appealing.

For some reason I couldn't really fap to them though. The rabbits look like ugly caricatures. The girls on the right look like miniaturized adults rather than proper lolis (one of them even has lipstick on). The middle image is the best, but even that doesn't really do anything for me. I'm not sure why.

The artist goes by Pretty Kitty 13 on Fur Affinity. She mostly does furry art commission but deviated for me cause we're friends from school. I really wish the tentacle image has a background of some sort. I actually got off to it several times. I have the original sketches as well, I think the sketch of the last one was actually better at displaying the characters than the painting.

Diapers can be おむつ, オムツ, omutsu, or diaper.

If you want sissies or Autistics try searching for 男の娘 ("otoko no ko") which is a pun on the words boy 男の子 ("otoko no ko") and daughter 娘 ("musume", or "ko").
