There is a film at Cannes right now, called Unclenching the Fists. I watched a short trailer for it, and it has a weird vibe, and the descriptions online regarding it say it's about a young woman who's being kept submissive by her abusive father, so I guess theoretically it could contain a weird diaper scene, but I don't see anyone mentioning that online and it's been talked about on some film festival blogs.
