Jesus anon, where do you get the idea that this shit of a manga has actual depth? I've been reading this just to see how stupid i can get, it's always fun to shit on shit manga. Just to give you a hint, the bitch main girl only gets some sort very late into the story and it's there for nothing, it made it seem like there was going to be some change into the status quo of this shitty manga but instead it was just there to create some tension (She could stop working as a rental gf) but nothing really changes (she's still a rental gf).
Then you have this 2nd girl who gets moist over mc because he made her heartbeat rise, that's as stupid as it sounds, and she's becomes an intrusive clingy bitch because of that, of course MC is a failure of man and never tells her to fuck off when he's clearly annoyed by her but instead decides to bend to her will and going out for a month to see if it could work out. This bring a lot of useless drama which is still ongoing.
There's also the ex who for some reason thinks she still has a say on what MC does or not and some shy girl who gets almost no screentime even when from this whole shitty harem, she's the only one who isn't damaged or twisted in some way or another (and that's debatible since she's also a rental gf).
Anon, you need to check the manga threads more frequently, this thing gets bashed all the time for most of the shit I mentioned and some more.
