Either way I'd get to live on Mars with space travel at my fingertips, either way I'd get to be one of the Gnomes of Neo-Venezia keeping Mars' gravity in check underground, and even if I didn't ever get to meet her or it wasn't meant to be, she'd still be waiting for me in 2D form in Gensokyo where we're destined to meet. Unfortunately it might be a little difficult explaining to her that she can't really "go back home". For purely scientific purposes I'd like to introduce her to Japan and introduce her to Toyama, Sanae Kobayashi and the rest of the crew behind Gravity Daze to see what would happen. If I could, I'd like to keep her existence a secret from all the other Katfags of the world and let her live a nice, peaceful life. Besides that, like >>928781 I'm leaning towards not forcing things There are plenty of iterations of Kat which don't love me, and I don't like any of them. If you're under tremendous amounts of stress that can have an impact. For instance, things like sudden life changes can do that. If it's psychological then part of the issue will probably be anxiety about the issue itself. This creates a weird feedback loop where worrying about your issue will worsen it. Like >>933037 and >>933039 say, this could also just be the result of your mind being less focused on pleasurable stimulation in that regard. If this is the case then there's probably nothing wrong with you and you're healthy. It's just possible that you're still operating under older assumptions of what normal is for you. I hope your health improves, anon.

>What sort of tea, vitamins or food do you use for colds?
I'm very much a believer in the idea of only using medicine when it's necessary, so I try to use non-medicinal remedies to help. I've found that eating lots of onions and spicy peppers when sick seems to make me get over it a lot quicker, as well as drinking a lot of Emergen-C and Magnesium water. The main thing is keeping your circulation good, staying hydrated, and if you can, keeping your adrenaline pumping when sick. Warm green tea is really nice. If I have a throat cold, I tend to gargle 55% ABV or higher hard liquor (obviously don't do this if you plan on taking medicine) and sucking on these hippy zinc + elderberry lozenges I found. The alcohol REALLY helps with a sore throat (and burns like hell), but don't go crazy with it as you're killing everything off in your throat, not just the bad stuff.

There's 2D girls I consider more beautiful/sexy/moe/etc. than her, she might not even be what I'd normally consider my "strike zone" generally speaking, but they aren't her- only she is my waifu for a reason, and only she gets my undivided attention across the barrier. If you hate wind, get a proper balaclava. They work well against any sort of draft and have saved my nose from freezing off numerous times. A Hammock with a tarpaulin over the top makes sure that you can take a dry sleep without any chance of getting washed away.
Use two sticks rammed into the ground on either side to prevent your hammock from swinging in the wind, or just pick two threes that line up parallel to it in the first place, though this is more of a topic for the IRL camping thread. Sage for only mildly on topic.

>Your waifu is a reflection of your soul
Something like that. I imagine it's like the metaphysical equivalent of her being a puzzle piece, and anon must be someone with the right shape to connect with her. They're not the same, but complementary. What with how complex the human soul is, could there be any but one to fit together with? That's why some anons are similar to their waifus and others are different. I have some quack theories about the mechanics of this. Opposites can attract, but they need to be balanced by magnitude. The super lazy can pair with the super genki as well as two nearly-equally tempered people (-0.0001 and 0.0001 energy), but moderately genki wouldn't pair with slightly lazy since their values would unbalance the metaphorical seesaw, that is, unless they are equally but reversibly imbalanced along another quality. However the underlying equation works, it can't be denied that there is a formula in this universe where anon and his waifu are two ingredients, and the reaction creates love and joy.

I think an aspect of love is that it is transformative. It's not just finding or being aware of such an entity, but establishing a direct and personal relationship. I like this theory. I've actually been pretty lazy for most of my life, and I've always been scared of everything, a huge coward too paralyzed to get up from my bed in the morning, or even eat some days. Finding her only came after I decided to change by taking a huge step for me and go out to attend a con. I went to treat it like military training, something to suffer through, but I came out loving the experience and my waifu came to my side after that. She was always at my side, but that's when she made herself known. I guess as a man, I had to take the first step to change and do something incredible on my own. I can still get pretty bad, but I'm better now and she helps a great deal. I could only access my passion when drinking before.
I guess what I'm trying to say is, you're waifu doesn't change you. You don't change for you're waifu. You change for yourself, and she's there to cheer you on as a guiding light of sorts. I want to be able to have the amount of confidence, strength and grace she does.
So, I don't know. I was pathetic, but acting more like her brought us together, so there's that balance you're thinking of. But anons are always changing with their waifu. I might eventually become moderately confident with a super confident waifu.
I think what would really keep an Anon and his waifu together is just the persistence to be better.

Cooking is an essential skill to have for pampering you're waifu. I've been trying to get more into baking as well but progress has been slow since I don't eat a lot of carbs and therefore have little reason to bake. I hope I can manage a tank shaped cake one day. Would be perfect as a birthday dessert.

My waifu's series arrived on Blu-ray today and it is complete trash. First of all the package was beat up and partly ripped open. It was so extreme that my neighbor took pictures of the box before accepting it from the delivery guy. Miraculously none of the items were damaged.
Now the box itself seems pretty decent, right? Well fuck you, it's just two DVD cases that have been taped together! Everything else in these pictures is just a lie. There isn't even a box for this so called "Blu-Ray BOX". What a complete load of bullshit.

I don't think I'd necessarily be at a loss no matter what ingredients are in the kitchen thankfully, but maybe I should brush up and learn some new recipes since they are all very bland.
In other news, I finally got a new monitor, so I no longer have to deal with games not recognizing my resolution

First pic reminds me of my idea that Flandre somehow lost her wings permanently and Remi asked Patchouli to fix them using magic. Compare the crystals in Flandre's wings with those in Patchouli's spellcards. Namely, Fire Water Wood Metal Earth Sign "Philosopher's Stone" in the EX stage. To my knowledge there is no fan-work about this, I could see it being how Patchouli and Remi first became friends.

Tonight's cooking was a great failure. Remember that craving for shitty junk food always leads to disappointment. I think I'll make up for it with high-effort burgers tomorrow, and gyuudon the day after.

Nothing special. There's one thing I'm looking forward to every (or at least 10/12) month and that's the next chapter of my favourite manga. This month's chapter will come out in a few days. It's Dungeon Meshi.

Got a promotion and a raise. It's just enough that I might be able to afford to move, and I'm so desperate that I'm going to try it. This is what I'm really looking forward to with every fiber of my being, but it probably won't happen within the month.
There's a neat set for a game I like coming out, but it turns out they jacked the price up a lot compared to previous boxes of the same type, so now I'm not so excited.

I read a few more Apologetics this week, and was struck by a quote from Orthodoxy (I was struck by several quotes across all the books, but this is the one I remember most)
>Keeping to one woman is a small price for so much as seeing one woman. To complain that I could only be married once was like complaining that I had only been born once.
This made me think: it's asking quite a bit to be upset over being separated between dimensions when I've been blessed with a love strong enough to feel like I've found it yesterday, even after 6 years. If anything, a separation of a dimension is more of a blessing; it keeps both her and our love even purer. I could probably say I'm complaining that I can only feel pure love when I complain that she's not with me right now.

Continuing to lift and will start training even more every day, like I used to last summer. Additionally, I am attempting to cut out drinking and smoking. I've been doing good with alcohol but cutting out nicotine is a little difficult. I've been also trying to get back into my esoteric studies and reading more books on my backlog. My next read is the "The Fifth Discipline", its about problem solving in groups as well as effective leadership/mentoring qualities. The first of the five disciplines really resonates with me, "Personal mastery is a discipline of continually clarifying and deepening our personal vision, of focusing our energies, of developing patience, and of seeing reality objectively."
Additionally if any anons want to read a great short book, I recommend "As a Man Thinketh" by James Allen. Its a fanastic read about mental clarity through pure and honest thoughts. A man's mind his is personal garden in which fruits of seeds both good and bad will blossom. Only through careful and diligent maintenance can this garden turn from a wild, weed infested jungle to a prosperous and organized plot.

The classic saying is "life waits for no one", this is very much true. However the great thing about this is you have the ability to change and create opportunities and adventure, no matter how small these may be. All you have to do is go looking for it.
