Besides that hentai Lady Innocent, it's like he's stayed out of animation which is a damn shame.

He's been producing artbooks every few years, and he's always doing illustrations for hentai magazines, but I hear he charges a lot for his illustrations.

Partly. They re-released Langrisser I and II recently, and that by default has re-done art, though it does also let you switch to the originals. The series has also been defiled by mobileshit like certain other prominent games though and I don't think those allow it.

He was infamous for bankrupting studios whenever he was on as character designer due to his ridiculous demands about any anime using his art.

So anime studios will not use him anymore. They don't have the time or budget for him.

Satoshi is some kind of miura. Reclusive and held to a high status because he started doing shit early in the history of manga/anime (Manganime). So he sits in his high tower, dealing out commands to his pet project: The prestigious hentai aggregator Comic Kairakuten.

He made a bit of a return last year as the character designer for the hentai anime Joshiochi after about 10 years since his last involvement with any sort of anime.

He still has 2-3 full color pages once every 2-months printed in Comic Anthurium and Comic Masyo. Search for that in your usual hentai places.
