I get that its a high school setting story but doing calculus in high school is not extraordinary enough to fit the description. t. someone who has never taken a numerical analysis course.
You can even infer the data structure you're using based on how badly the computer fucks up simple calculations. For example, if you naively plot (2^x)*ln(1+2^-x) in typical modern software (Python, in my example) it'll hit 0 at x=53 because of the IEEE standard 64 bit format, despite it being immediately obvious to a human looking at the equation that the limit is 1.
Trying to "brute force" it just plain doesn't work. You know how you figure out ways to do the calculation properly? Math.

Sure, not everyone has to agree with me and this is my personal opinion but this manga feels like low effort shitposting to me.
The mangaka of this series is a married man with a daughter, who worked as an assistant on Nisekoi and did non-H Nisekoi doujins if I remember right. Then after Nisekoi ended he jumps in to fill the haremshit gap in WSJ by copying what he learned as an assistant. It just feels so low effort, it wouldn't feel as bad if he was a nobody in the manga world but you know this guy worked first hand on a formula that succeeded, then decided to copy it to fill a vacuum before anyone else because he can't do anything else of worth.
Though most of my dislike actually comes from the fact that it started at the same time as Dr. Stone. A lot of people were expecting Dr. Stone to be axed while rating this way higher than it deserves. It's just irritating that new and different manga sometimes fail without proving themselves while the generic old same shit succeeds again.
It makes sense in Japan since people graduate from WSJ and new younger readers come always so this might be the first harem they read, but I myself am tired of the same generic formula and discussions again and again.

Well there's your answer. There is also the fact that most nips I think share the opinion of >>919426 and to be honest I don't mind if a lot of what's out there is just rehashing what we've already seen as long as that thing is still good TN: "good" means people are willing to pay for it.

I never intended otherwise. But with decent mathematical intuition it the result and its proof are readily apparent even before you actually do it step by step.
Treat it as L'Hôpital's rule with f(x) = ln(1+2^-x), g(x) = 2^-x. Then you have
f'(x) = -ln(2)*2^-x/(1+2^-x),
g'(x) = -ln(2)*2^-x.
From there,
f'(x)/g'(x) = 1/(1+2^-x),
and taking the limit as x goes to infinity gives 1, so the original limit is 1 as well. That's just high school math.
>Yet another reason to not blindly follow standards
Yes, exactly. The anon was claiming it's fine to just blindly follow the computer, and the point of my post was that if you don't understand what's going on for yourself, you can't know whether the computer is doing things the right way.
It's not a matter of the standard in that case though. A different standard for 64-bit floats would still fail before x=64. Brute-forcing with more precision, like a 128- or 256-bit variable instead of the usual 64 would delay the failure, but it would still happen. If you wanted to actually prevent it, and to know whether or not you need to, you'd need to be more subtle about things, and to do that you need to know what's going on.

This. Even in Newton's proof of the derivative we know that dx reduces to 1.
spoiler alert: Newton cheated in his definition and did wrong math.
y = x²
y + δy = (x + δx) 2
δy = (x + δx)2 - x2 = 2xδx + δx2
δy /δx = 2x + δx
δy / δx = 2x

This is deeply conflicting. Every gem has its flaws (91cm worth). I never thought of sizes until now and assumed everyone was more or less the same. Often these things get exaggerated for money shots so its hard to trust them as well. It feels painfully shallow to suddenly be more interested in blue than Rizu, even if that is the point of this kind of story. Theyre both lovely and better than sensei and brown. I'm so sorry Rizu and Rizufags
Well MC did good by only letting blue see him. The rest of the cast would beat him up on the spot. Even sensei's part in the first half could have turned into misunderstanding crap but avoided it nicely.

I get the feeling she will disappear when the sensei stuff begins again. Shes 5th most popular in japan so at least people will make fanart of her but it also annoys me as much as usual that they like Sensei more than her.
Asumi would shine even brighter if MC was the kind of person to respond to her teasing in kind. i'd like to see how she responds to it and what kind of chemistry they would have.

>She's not tsundere, she genuinely talks shit.
Yeah, like tsundere. Need I remind you what classical tsundere are like, kohai? MC just happened to break through her tsun into her dere over the course of a single episode, and that's the only reason everybody here's going apeshit over her. You've all been starved of a proper tsundere and now you think she's some kind of unique golden child.
No.933652
>>933651
I know classical tsundere, but just because you can pull that role around her behavior doesn't necessarily mean she is one, or that that's all there is to it. Framing it as
>MC just happened to break through her tsun into her dere over the course of a single episode
is wrong altogether, I think. At first they were strangers, she treated him cold there, but that was purely because they didn't know each other. Then she switched into what you describe as "dere", but it's not like she's into MC now, she's messing with him for her own amusement. She never really gets swept up in MC's pace, which I find to be more important criterion. Though the author might give her moments like that down the road, because he sucks and can't write other ways of showing affection, but always being above the situations they are in is the defining trait of this type of character. I'm pretty sure it's not a defining trait of any type of tsundere.
>now you think she's some kind of unique golden child.
She's the best character in this show, which is far from being the best this season. The best character this season is probably Danchou. I'm just glad there's something to look forward to in this anime, aside from the fanservice shots.
No.933655
>>933652
She's actually somewhere in the middle of proper classical tsundere and the mid 2000's type. She obviously likes MC and her bullying is just a way for her to show her affection. But she was typically cold like a classical when they were strangers before he broke through to her dere in that visit with her dad. Yes, he broke through and she likes him. I don't know how you can say she isn't tsundere. She got caught up in his pace when he stood up for her against her father.
No.933678
>>933655
>>933651
I dont understand how being cold to a stranger is considered tsun. I also don't understand how showing her actual personality once they stopped being strangers is considered dere. These are standard human behaviors that just look tsundere relative to the rest of the cast.
No.933710
>>933655
She behaves pretty much the same way towards sensei and the other girls. And the only time she behaved anything like tsun was when they didn't know each other, that's not how tsundere works. Maybe if this was some 3-minute ultra-fast-developments short anime, I could buy it, but it's not. Without a doubt they're gonna have a dozen more steps of "maybe I like MC-kun", "I like MC-kun", "I want to date MC-kun". The visit to her dad was many steps before that, she was happy about someone finally taking her side, not thinking about dropping her panties and fucking him on the spot. Right afterwards she completely nonchalantly pretends to flirt with MC, that's not what a character in love looks like.
Compare her to Nino, Nino knows the MC full well, treats him like shit, constantly spites him, has a few modern tsundere moments, and eventually starts to like him and goes dere, that's what "somewhere in the middle of proper classical tsundere and the mid 2000's type" looks like.

I can accept that somehow she ended up in a situation where her only choice was to wear her old school uniform. But why the hell did she wear it properly? She could have at least dropped the tie and that blue whatever, and also wear different shoes. This is bad haremshit, I know the genre isn't big on progression, but the only thing we're getting here is a retelling of previous harem cliches with a different coat of paint. Once in a while Furuhashi, chemistry or Kominami have flow-breaking moments with unexpectedly high levels of insight and rational reactions, but within moments everything falls back into the old pace and the tiny amount of hope you may have found in the depths of your heart is crushed yet again.
