Can't say I understand this. Never did. I shat in school all the time.

I am always glad I'm an American. I don't shit in school, I get shot in school. The Japanese get stabbed in school.

In all seriousness, I never shat in school if I could help it (only ever remember once when I had no choice and was about to blow). How do you do that when there's shit and urine everywhere, unless you're schools were clean? Anyway, pretty sure the idea in the page is that nips are malicious fucks, just like any normalfag here. Mice Utopias.

The traditional japanese bathroom doesn't have toilet seats: you are supposed to squat and shit in a hole on the ground, like an animal. Toilet paper wasn't used.

Thankfully westernized facilities are now common in all households, but the countryside.

>unless you're schools were clean?

No worse than a gym public restroom so it never bothered me. Plus when they started giving us 2-ply the shit/urine streaks on the toilet seats stopped.

Turns out sitting and shitting is one reason Westeners get hernias. Squatting may make you feel like an animal, but your body was built to squat.

Now people are building stools to raise their legs so they can squat over a toilet seat.

No sources. I believe

>Squatting may make you feel like an animal, but your body was built to squat.

is right, but not everyone gets hernias, and I think it has to do with exercise.

 No.903841

I agree though, shitting outside of home is a sin.

When you have to go in a school or university or whatever, just use the wheelchair-accessible toilet. It's cleaner because fewer people use it, and more spacious too. And it's not like disabled car parks where you're not supposed to use them if you're not actually disabled. Being in a wheelchair doesn't entitle you to never having to wait for someone to come out of a toilet.

That link has three sources in PDF format at the top. Whether you agree with them or not is a different question.

Straining while sitting when constipated will put on pressure in different ways than while squatting. It's even suggested to avoid straining to help prevent getting a hernia:

https://www.healthline.com/health/hernia

Exercise does help but so does not shitting in a position that was adopted based on convenience instead of how we're designed.

You know I used to work with a guy who swore by squatting to shit and how much better it was for you. Thing is, nobody in my family has ever had a history of hernias and until people started talking about squatting being superior I had only ever met one person in my entire life who had ever had one.

I'm naturally skeptical to the whole squating thing by virtue of the fact that none of the supposed benefits solve problems I've ever heard of people having before - makes it sound made up. If the science is there there science is there but I'm not going to readjust the way I excrete waste for no appearant reason than a high-priest in a white lab coat telling people to adopt the shitting methods of sandal wearing gold-fish mongers.

I always tried to avoid taking a shit at school but you can't always help it. I just hated never having time. For whatever reason I like to not be rushed when taking a dump. If you're late to class and the teacher asks where you were and you say the bathroom, everyone knows that you were taking a mean shit. At least girls could play it off like they were changing out a tampon or something and teachers wouldn't ask.

I really like shitting at work though, and I especially like taking my time. Every minute I'm on the toilet I'm getting paid for nothing, it's great. Cleanliness never really mattered that much to me. Clean off the seat with some paper so I'm not sitting in piss, but otherwise who cares. I shower at night like a regular human so I'll be clean before I lay down anyway.

The thing about squatting is that you can try it yourself without buying anything first. If there's a pile of bricks outside or something for a gardening project you can use a couple bricks temporarily just to see how you like it. I purchased a squatty potty because they're made in my country after using clean 2x4 wooden boards. The greatest benefit is the ease of shitting (doesn't matter if you'll get a hernia or not, an easier dump is an easier dump) the other benefit is a much much cleaner dump, meaning less wiping. Just overall a more pleasant experience.

Tl;dr You can use square wheels if you want, but there's simply a better way, whether healthy or not.

Do a little searching around for what's called "bio film." Basically, if you weren't aware, your skin is covered with bacteria - we're talking completely covered - and even some symbiotic harmless parasites like demodex. These bacteria eat not only bacterial-tier food stuffs, but they will compete with/kill harmful bacteria and viruses that land on your skin. You have to remember that your skin is a porous membrane, and the bacteria that live on your body are like gatekeepers.

Showering every day, especially if you're using soap over your whole body ESPECIALLY if it's any kind of antibacterial soap will kill and disrupt the ecosystem on your skin. Just like how hospitals clean their floors so only the strongest anti-bacterial-resistant strains survive on them (and have zero competition for resources) the same thing happens on your skin.

 No.904178

>>903846

No, you don't, you lying faggot. momo = 100 in native Japanese numbers. Japanese numbers. Ten = towo (too)

 No.905061

>>904143

But by this reasoning, isn't it better to shower daily? If you let this biofilm grow for two days and then totally wipe it out, you're living with much less of the good stuff than if you shower every day. It seems like it would be best to shower every day with a mild soap, and to shower at night so your skin can recover a little bit while you sleep and before you go out into public. If you shower in the morning you've wiped out the biofilm and then immediately go out to touch gross stuff in public.
