Was it? I honestly had a hard time telling but reasoned that there was no way a girl could have been a samurai, since this show tried to be fairly historically accurate. I figured he was a eunuch or something, seeing as he obviously has no dick in pics related

Yeah no, that isn't supposed to be a girl. The alc of bulge is either due to lazy artists or because autofelatio-dono imagined him like that.

The only female fighters in the manga where some brown muscle tomboy, who's arc went nowhere and one of the participants in the tournament the series was leading up to, though we only saw her in a group shot. I wonder if either are even shown in the animu.
