Pass it. I'll just list the flaws of the game:
>QUALITY™ online connectivity, 4 players vs. is basically impossible unless you're in Japan, 1v1 still lags quite a bunch, especially in Yurop
>JUMP Vs. styled gameplay, with all the many cons and few pros of the matter (so it's always 2v2 with rush attacks and a thousand cinematic moves that break the flow of the game)
>Story mode is terrible, you get to play throughout all the parts but basically it's a fanfiction tier tale where Valentine accidentally escapes to an AU where DIO won against the Joestars, managed to grow immensely powerful and just made him his cumslut by reaching Heaven the same way he told Pucci to and just goes around murdering Joestars from other dimensions for the heck of it
>Also it's yet another "Jotaro punches someone after an autistic ass pull" episode
>No local multi, literally you need another ps4 to play the game
>No training mode in a fucking fighting game
>There's no DLC per se but all characters must be downloaded online or conveniently unlocked via save files
>Story mode has "RPG elements" in the form of a tech tree and a friend system that are both broken as fuck, just dump all your points in getting the cinematic Dual Combo shit, pair up two player characters that have a special animation and you can beat the game in a couple of hours
>Graphics somehow got worse from ASB since they reused all animations and assets, except funnily enough the shit that the dev team was allowed to make for themselves, which is jarringly much more fluid in movement
>30fps lock because why not
>Some stages are basically unplayable, since you're in an awkward third person view all the time, expect to fall off Cairo Rooftops a lot
>Only map that people bother to play with online is the Higashikata's Estate because it's a big, wide open area where you can actually play the game instead of trying to maneuver the camera around
>PAL and NTSC censor Stroheim's SS Uniform and basically insta unlock his half naked version from the start, also doesn't do a Nazi salute
>Music is horrendous, there's like three good themes during the whole game (the menu themes, AU Diego and Josuke's), they even used a fucking MIDI version of Diavolo's in the trailers
>All deaths are retconned but Araki kind of faffed about and stated no it's not canon but yeah it's written by me so it kind of is
>Only good characters in the story are Valentine, Lolyne and the two Kiras
>Akira is now a good guy for some reason (probably because they couldn't be bothered to make a playable rep for Part VIII)
>Throws are utter bullshit, all strong characters basically make any throwable object ARC at whomever they're aiming at, also it deals a ton of damage and is unblockable
>Plenty of online ragequitters
>Combo game is non existent but for a few selected characters and even then it's really underwhelming since you can't really juggle players much
>Mariah is broken (she can magnetize you and your friend and it basically destroys any strategy) also some characters siding with her i.e. Young Joseph and Gyro can multi-stun the enemy using their projectiles + her magnetism
>Pet Shop is broken but not in the sense that he's strong as much as the fact that more than half the maps allow it to fly away and stall for time indefinitely
>AU Diego is broken, as he has an attack that can deal from a third to half a healthbar and with only three healthbars that's pretty much terrible, also he can put a shitton of traps that deal a lot of damage and get to time stop much faster than other characters
>Did I mention all the overpowered characters have unblockable moves that hit from a few countries away of distance?
>Diavolo went from being the broken asb tier destroyer to a weird combination of not fun to play with and play against
>Dio Brando has a gimmick that allows him to scale walls, but it happens only on a single stage for no fucking reason at all meaning that any strategy that could have come out of it is gone
>More than half the characters in the game are completely one dimensional and weak compared to the other half, Fugo and Shigechi may as well as not be in game
>Dual Heat Attacks are op, but it's even worse when a team goes with two characters that have a special one, which deals a fuckton of damage if it connects and there's a lot of moves done specifically to connect
Only good things are Lolyne and the shitton of dialogue that they added just for the game, and Tequila Joseph. All the good combo characters (Diego Brando, Josuke Higashikata, Young Joseph, Dio Brando) get shat on by the horrible and unbalanced mess that are the top 5 players in the tier list (in my opinion in no particular order due to differences in stages and partner: Mariah, AU Diego Brando, Pet Shop, C-Moon Pucci and Old Jotaro).
