A helplessly naive girl is roped into this shit but Akiyama decides to play in her stead, and yes, he's the superman of brains. He's later joined by another supergenius to even the playing field.

Basically a guy who failed the BAR exam a bunch of times goes drinking with his successful friends, gets shitfaced, climbs and overpass to showoff and gets isekai'd when he falls off and then gets run over.

The god that isekais him is trying to reform the justice system of her world, so she gets him to become a defense attorney, since, despite failing the BAR exam, he still has sufficient (and is the only law graduate available that died at that singular moment in time) knowledge of Japanese Law. So he saves people from getting executed for attacking noble carriages, being indebted by drug dealing loan sharks and being accused of murder.

How about the Protagonist of Mx0? He only ever got powers halfway through the series and never even got the chance to use his second set of powers because it got cancelled.

In the WN not really, Raphtalia wins the Naofumibowl hard. Naofumi and Raph become godslayers to kill the real Mein, who was the fragment of an evil goddess that was pulling shit to make their world suffer for her entertainment. They leave copies of themselves in the isekai world and in Naofumi's world, and then they go on a journey to save other worlds being fucked around with by assholish gods like Mein. The epilogue is them coming back after centuries to see how the world did without them, only to find out they were celebrated as legends by then, but no one recognizes them anymore except for Firo, who's still around.

tl;dr: Dude basically gets a harem end in two worlds while killing gods somewhere in the universe with his one true waifu.

I'm pretty sure that the LN's ending will be a lot different, given that it changes a lot of shit and gives the story a lot more needed polish, but I don't think he'll pull the return ending.

The LN has been pretty faithful to the WN, up to the spirit tortoise fight. Past that it's all new, but since they are starting the village building arc this time, it might end up for her the same way, we don't know yet.
