I really like when you can tell effort was put into speaking whichever foreign language it is they're trying to speak, lazy engrish is just painful for me to hear. Putting effort into not sounding like a jackass when speaking another language is a learned skill you can practice like any other else.

English still has a certain exotic/coolness factor to foreigners and standard fantasy settings always have a certain english flair. It's mostly limited to english names or spellnames but some extremes are Dark Souls and Dragon's Dogma. Here, have an older example.

The same happens sometimes in western media. For example Total War: Shogun 2.

See, Orcs are just inbred slow people, sometimes they're a little stronger than a human, but generally they're about the equivalent of retard strength humans. They're scary, but Orcs trust enough in their own strength that they make stupid decisions.

Goblins on the other hand, are dangerous. Goblins are extremely weak individually, and generally speaking about on the same intelligence level as an Orc if not slightly lower on the totem pole. Goblins however are aware that they are weak individually and have both the libido and breeding rate of fucking rabbits. Someone will never let their guard down around an Orc even if they know they're better because they're Orcs, but even peasants will let their guard down around a Goblin or Kobold because they are known to be weak to the point where even a child could probably beat them one-on-one. Letting your guard down + Goblins coming in packs + greater intelligence than a swarm of insects means they're scary as shit when in numbers.

How much material do you guys think one cours will cover? At 12/13 episodes, it’d could include everything up to the Farm Raid, but it’d likely be a tight fit/breakneck pace. On the other hand, only covering up through the Ogre Hunt would probably necessitate atrociously slow pacing and disproportionate filler.
