Fuck vocaloids is it Teto Tuesday yet?

Sega is releasing a VR Miku game for steam and it's going to release with only 8 fucking songs. I just fucking know they're going to sell a million DLC for that thing. I feel sorry for the hardcore Miku fans who'll eat that shit up and spend hundreds on it.

It has been a long time since I listened to a vocaloid or voiceroid. I think Yukari v4 was just released or something. Have there been any further advances in synthesis?

Vocaloid4 Miku has much better English, and recently Miku V4 Chinese was released.

But in general there weren't that many improvements after Vocaloid4 released.

It might not even be that long until Vocaloid5 comes out.

I've enjoy Lin's stuff, and some of the fanloids are pretty good too. It seems like less vocaloid content is being made now, as opposed to other big things, like Kantai.

Yeah, makes me feel kinda sad.

I miss the days where Touhou and Vocaloid were the kings of the Otaku culture.

Some talented producers just stopped doing Vocaloids songs.

And in some cases, even moved to 3DPD artists.

There is still tons of content that hasn't been discovered, but it is sad to see people who made good content move on to different series, start making different types of productions, or stop making content altogether.

I really like some of the "recent" Miku collabs.

The Miku Symphony album was a nice take on orchestral x Vocaloid.

And there's also the Miku x Kodo event.

There is some new content being made, not much of it is good, but at least people are still interested enough in Vocaloid to try to make some new content for it. This is an original song for Len that was made pretty recently, about 2 days ago, and was the guys first time making something, but its pretty good.
