I've noticed that certain imageboards from the recent past have been shilled on a very small french imageboard (fch.bet) in a more or less similar fashion (pic related). I've tested a few other chans like spacechan, 8channel and libreland and they appear to have not been shilled there.

This doesn't add up. So many boards only divides users amongst the pools or hides certain posts, creating smaller more cancerous in crowd communities with their own specific content sharing.
Call me paranoid or a schizo, but I don't think there are good intentions behind these boards. One could be a honeypot waiting to grow popular.
Could anyone shed any light on this?
