manually modify the unlock xml will get a little extra songs (less than 10) that shouldn't appear in this version.
Find default_music and disable_area tag.
Only do this for offline localserver I think.
Enable a song having no actual data will cause hdd error in game.

I got the same problem that audio comes earlier than notes. I can see delays only during the game play (not song selection). I wonder if it has to do with video/audio codec that the game uses / windows version / sound card setting. Does anybody know what I need to install to make them synched?

Anybody know of a fix? I managed to get the game running but despite the audio fix, I'm not getting any sound. Everything appears to work fine until an actual song is selected or the demo is loaded after title screen inactivity, then the game freezes. The track doesn't move and the notes appear to be frozen. The only way to get out of it is to terminate the game or launch test mode.
