An update disk intended to be installed over Beatmania 22 (Pendual) to update it to 23 (Copula).

disk contains a .bar file that is either a Konami proprietary format or an IBM broker archive file

if you get it open then Beatmania 22 can be downloaded from here for it to be installed over http://leggendaria.altervista.org/archive.htm

Could also be useful if you own a cabinet running Pendual and want to update it to Copula

You need to decrypt the bar file however there isn't any point now as copula is being released soon
