It's not going to get decrypted, because nobody has a K dongle on-hand, and anyone who would have the tools/desire to decrypt it already have it done with J/A dongles.

Does the anon who posted >>4243 even have the dongles?
I've worked on reversing Konami DRM before and unless they changed the crypto for SDVX4 you need the dongle to decrypt the master key used to decrypt the keys for the individual game files.
Attempting to crack the game without the dongles is pretty much going to end in failure.
