Been trying to play CD games on Ootake (A TurbGrafx/PC Engine emulator). I want to play that Castlevania game but I can't get it to open. I have the BIOS that are necessary. What exactly do I need to do?

Use Mednafen instead, it's the best TurboGrafix emulator around.

The best emulator for these systems is Magic Engine (you must try to get it cracked otherwise you can only play 5 mins)
