You probably don’t know because that information is not always disclosed to buyers and renters. Fortunately, there’s a website that can give you answers.

My neighbor's wife killed her mother in the house next to mine. New owners came in a year later and I asked the guy if he knew about it. Said he had no idea and don't tell the rest of his family.

So, if someone died in the house, does it make it cheaper? How much for John Wayne Gacy or Ed Gein's house?

Just know that she pulled the plug on her elderly mother. No idea why. News reporters were outside trying to interview everyone on the street. Never really knew the people.

My mom died in my house, and everything was framed like a fucking dream - living room practically devoid of furniture, sunlight made everything white and faint - What does this mean for me?

there is this young couple that moved into an old house in my former neighborhood. the old lady that lived there was murdered by her son. I think he strangled her, the cops found the body after a couple weeks of her not answering phone calls from other family.
The young couple were outside clearing shrubs out of the yard, so I stopped and talked to them.
>hey did your real estate agent tell you about anything weird in this house?
>no, why?
>nevermind
then I sperged out and left. I didnt have the heart to tell them, because they seemed like a normal young white couple and I didnt want to disturb them. Later on they had a baby, so thats good the place didnt continue to be a cliche ghost movie.
The house was on the market for years, in the meantime it sat and rotted, but whatever agency had this house eventually spruced it up, while they were in the process of doing this, I walked inside to scope the place out, it was the middle of the day so it seemed normal. The layout of the house was mega weird, and the room where the body was festering in was totally gutted down to the slab floor.

Right next to my bed is a hole in the wall that has been plastered up, Apparently the old man who used to live her fell out of bed and put his head through the wall. Not sure if he died that way.

I have no idea, but the old man's son told us this story at our closing. When he got to the end he kind of zoned off and never said If that's how his dad died.
