A friend of mine turned me on to some spoopy BS and I'm looking for more information on it. Apparently there's a gang of people in the midwest who go around drugging and murdering "athletic, college-age, popular, white" normalfags and dumping the bodies in rivers. The bodies always seem to be located near graffiti of a smiley face. Here's what I could dig up on this shit from a quick google search.
