Are you sure this was the episode? I just saw it and although the aliens bear a certain resemblance to these pictures, they were clearly sloppy CGI and not latex make up (maybe for the exception of when one of the casualties gets carried away), and I didn't see a scene where one were on an operation table like in pic related either.
