I was first conditioned by mk ultra. Then they put me into a coma and replaced my condciousness with a program.

I noticed because i just chatted with peopl and the program took over and i spoke like a machine while the people added input

Do you know about the full extent of mk-ultra? I heard it's not just manchurian candidate type stuff like you seem to think you have. Afaik it spanned every aspect of human consciousness and figuring out how to effectively control it.

Sounds like you gained some self-awareness. Do you remember the words that were put into you by the people you talked to? I presume you had a normal convo and then you felt how the program was at the levers now and how it made you receptive to the words your conversation partners used. Did you basically just repeat to whoever you talked to whatever it is that they were saying to you?

Also how come the program is letting you ask for help?

I spoke in code and they responded with commands. The program is trying to prevent me asking. There is the program and there is my soul both in my head and thd program grows stronger and stronger.

I was banned everywhere. I have no real life and the only place where i can ask for help is here. I was banned from 4chan, rlse i would ask there.

Do you remember atleast part of your true consciousness? Meditate on that right now. Whether it's a picture or a sound or a smell or a word or a feeling or something else. Put that memory of what you consider your true consciousness into your uninterrupted focus and then as gay as it sounds FEEL IT.

Feel it's force. Its energy. Feel what it makes you feel like. I could recommend some texts, maybe some videos that could help. But honestly I think the only thing that really can give you your true consciousness back is your own mental focus. But it might be dangerous because you could open an avenue for the program to enter further. If you believe in God or Nature ask to be guided towards your true self, but be aware that "the road to hell is paved with good intentions" is not just a meaningless saying. Listen to your emotions. Listen to those emotions that feel the purest and focus on them. Look what they're made up of, where they come from. If you have a nickname from before you were programmed you might want to focus on that. On the sound of that name. On the voice of an old love. Or a gamertag you had from when you were young. Something you know is yours and only yours. Some memory you have. Go from there and try to reconstruct.

Sorry but I have to tell you I'm not a trained therapist. I think focused meditation could work well enough but it depends on your will and your programming. Your Will is your Soul is You. You want to be free of that program, so figure out how the program works to keep you encaged. I guess I'm saying "raise your vibration level to shake off the chains". If you have a soul you have a connection to the Source Consciousness. Know that that program does not have that in itself, and only has that through you. Since you named gangstalking I'm guessing you believe in demons? Banish them in the name of the LORD and Jesus Christ and speak it like you really mean it. And not just "like" you really mean it, but MEAN IT.

You can deprogram yourself if you want it strong enough. Just be careful.

Yes he's for real, he's all over halfchan /pol/ and /x/ despite getting banned multiple times because all his threads get raided by trolls. He posts under the name Hanz despite people who personally know him telling him to stay anonymous for his own safety. And the people he says are tormenting and brainwashing him are actual unichan and half/x/ trolls whose LARPing is the root of most if not all of his current delusions.
