I had a couple weirdly prophetic dreams recently. In one, an old best friend, whom I haven't seen or talked to in like 4 years showed up and hung out with me and our mutual best friend. Then a couple days after, that weekend the mutual friend called me saying that old friend was hanging out and that they were picking me up. Then I had another where my work Buddy made me take the steering wheel for a bit on our way back from work. And guess what happened that Friday on the way home? I've never been asked to do that before hand, so then I showed him my dream journal entry from that dream he was kinda like, "woah". Pic is the specific segment journal entry.

They're called precognitive dreams.

You know what pisses me off, I used to have precognitive dreams when I was a kid and they were always about t.v shows that were going to be on the next day. Perfect example, my chinese buddy gets me a bootleg vhs of all the guyver anime episodes. Go to sleep that night, have a weird vivid dream about some scrawny musclekid getting wrapped up in black cords and freaking out. Next day buddy brings over the movies. First one is awe3some. Second one, a movie I have never seen before at all because we did not have cool internet(guyver is old and so am I) shocks me because about half an hour in is the exact scene from my dream. It did this for cartoons and movies all the time growing up. I fear my psychic child self might have been retarded.

I had a weird fucking dream tonight.

I dreamt I was talking to this woman and she said "come along, [name]" and I said "are you talking to me or that guy over there? Because I've reincarnated so many times I don't know my name anymore." Then she laughed and shortly I woke up. Feels bad because I was about to have sex with her but blew it.

Sounds like your anima, they typically appear in dreams in the form of a mystic guide.

Was looking for a thread about this.

Anyone have any info (and/or know where I can get it) about dreams? No Freud shit, I'm looking for stuff about precog and numenic dreams, since I sometimes have that sort of experience, but I'm not very good at identifying them until they unfold, or at interpreting them when I do identify them.

Let me explain, say I get a really straightforward dream, and it comes true, and I think "this is exactly like the dream", but then the dream wasn't very helpful, 'cause I only realized it was precognitive after it unfolded, how do I identify them in time?

And the other thing I was talking about is, you ever get that sort of dream that's begging to be interpreted? The sort of dream that so obviously has a profound meaning to it. For example, say you were visitted by a god, or a saint, or whatever you will, in that dream, but you can't quite understand what it all means.

Speaking of which, anyone know any deity associated with ravens/crows (other than Odin)? What about ones associated with dreams?

do you keep a dream journal? Like the instant you wake up just jot down some general ideas about the dream. The setting, the characters, and some stuff that happened. Maybe mark the dreams that prove themselves to be precognitive, then try to recognize some patterns that occur within that group of precognitive dreams.

Yeah I've kept a dream journal for about 7 years now (I'm actually in the proccess of organizing it right now so it's easier to go through the entries).

Originally it was meant to help me recall dreams and with lucid dreaming, but that's a pretty good suggestion, thanks.
