A photo of which is attached to this post. No idea what they are or what do they mean. Anyone here capable of deciphering it? Some of the symbols seem to repeat, while other have similar variants (capital letters???).
No idea what they are, but I'm not going to ask the owner of the desk, for what I know it may be a military code and I just value my life a bit much, thanks. Please help me deciphering it.

It's Japanese kanji. Japanese kanji in handwriting so awful that NewOCR couldn't even read it properly. If it wasn't for the legible parts like "Tsuyoshi" and "wedding dish" I'd dismiss this as a troll.
Is the coworker whose desk you found this on, by any chance, Asian?

I would expect an adult Japanese person to have better handwriting skills than that. It's probably just some weaboo trying to learn Japanese so he can move to Japan and impress the girls there with his mastery of their language. Disgusting.

Nah, for that you need to be sexually desirable, a lot of gayjin go there, but just the tall whites get hairy pussy. Language most of the time is for working or weaboo crap.

I was thinking maybe a parent whose kid slipped a note into their bag or suitcase at home and the parent found it at work. But since this is too broken to even translate it's more likely what you said, just some weeb.

it doesn't look like japanese "kanji" at all. Maybe katakana if you squint your eyes and have just polished off a fifth of whiskey. Maybe some normalfag retard saw a chart of katakana and tried to write a cool secret message but it just looks like stupid symbols on a piece of paper to me. You can see the shakiness in each line drawn, obviously whoever wrote it had no idea what they were doing.

How is scribbling out nonsense in order to bait weebs on /v/ and /x/ paranormal? I mean, even if it could be deciphered, what's paranormal about a note in nip chicken scratch?

It's just gibberish, but as a few people said it looks like it's fake kanji written by someone who himself barely knows Japanese in order to bait weebs on /x/.
>>43025
And this confirms the note was written to troll /x/. The author clearly doesn't know how to write Japanese, but has a vague understanding of kanji strokes, as if he just started learning before writing the note.
