The reason not to use a ouija board is simple: it's a device by which you invite spirits to enter your home and interact with you. Once you make that invitation, spirits are free to enter your home and interact with you. Any spirits, you can't specify "nice spirits only pls". The problem is that there really aren't any "nice spirits" that respond to ouija boards. Benevolent spirits can be contacted by prayer and already have the right to interact with you as they deem necessary. Neutral spirits usually have no incentive to play ouija with you, so you won't meet a lot of them either. That leaves you with evil spirits.

Some autist here will take issue with me calling calling evil spirits "demons", but that's essentially what they are. Demons hate you. They find the notion of a spirit encased in an animal, which is essentially what a human is, to be completely disgusting. They're incredibly jealous of the fact that the creator loves you more than them.

Demons have two primary goals. The first goal is to land you in Hell. They know that one day your body will die, and all that will be left of you will be a rather weak spirit. If you haven't earned protection from the creator, it's a simple matter for demons to drag down your naked human spirit to Hell, where they can express their total hatred for you by vicuously tormenting you forever. The second goal is to make you unhappy here on Earth. If they feel it doesn't interfere with the first goal, demons will make your life as miserable as they possibly can. The most severe cases of this result in dramatic "hauntings" like you see in the horror movies, but it takes place on lesser, less-noticeable levels as well. Your car keys go inexplicably missing, your gf dumps you, your fapping sessions become weak and unsatisfying, your favorite food loses its flavor to you, you feel bored but don't feel like doing anything more exciting than stare at the wall.

If you want a bunch of petty evil spirits running around your house turning your life into a tedius march toward nothing, go ahead and use that ouija board. If not, I suggest you go outside or something.
