Im trying to solve the puzzle on site above BUT I don`t have the required html skills.

This site quick caught my attention tho weeks ago and then again i`m visiting it.

a week or so ago I thought the same but i looked at the FFT and it really doesnt. Just a lot of bandlimited noise from like 5-10khz if i remember correctly. That's not to say that there couldnt be some kind of scrambled message in there somewhere

The encrypted text looks like PGP, I'd start your decryption efforts there. Look around the site or maybe even in that mp3 you mentioned for a large prime number so you can start the cracking process. Might try to give this a shot in a while if things are getting tough.
