What the hell is a technopagan? Do they worship computers and use programming languages to write their prayers? Anyway, someone who doesn't use technology would be a luddite or primitivist. Veteropaganism is the attempt to reconstruct and practice the religion of your ancestors, including their way of thinking (as opposed to neopaganism, which is supposed to be an 'updated' version). I guess an extreme version of that might include giving up modern technology.
