I don't think we've ever had a webm thread. Let's post some strange/creepy/paranormal webms.
You can use this site to convert videos to webm.
http://video.online-convert.com/convert-to-webm
Or you can use a browser add-on that lets you save videos from Youtube as webm (I use Youtube Video and Audio Downloader for Firefox).

No.29209
That quality is very poor. There is a free program called Any Video Converter, it's about all you need. Video Download Helper for Firefox is good if you aren't in a hurry for webm since it doesn't convert to it. These two together can give you very high quality webms.
I didn't make this webm but it's all I could find in my stuff. I might have more to upload.

Why do Russians do these things? No one makes them.
No.29248
>>29247
Most of these people are gopniks, basically the Russian equivalent of British chavs. Poorly educated, often unemployed, and usually rampant alcoholics since a young age, gopniks don't see very many ups in life (other than beating the crap out of you and stealing your cellphone), so the downs don't impress them all that much either - even if its a twenty-story fall.
Or to put it into less melodramatic terms: Natural selection in action.
No.29250
This is an interesting one.
The two costumes (both called RayRay) were fashioned after the design of veteran animator Raymond Persi, who used them for some artsy stage action as their portrayed his "feelings of isolation" or something. So, at some point said designer and the artists working with him performed their RayRay act in a Hollywood Club. After they were finished and packing up again, they realized someone had stolen the two RayRay costumes that had been used on stage from the backroom. Few days later, Persi gets an email linking to a YouTube account with this video. Persi himself claims he has no idea who the people behind the video are, but notes that they are surprisingly good at acting how he as the designer wants RayRay to act, so it possibly could be some sort of weird fan tribute.
No.29252
For reference, the noise here actually comes from the burning gas being forced through a relatively small opening in the ground. To use a very simplistic image: You can liken it to the high-pitched sound produced when carbon dioxide escape from a bottle of soda that has not been closed properly.

For starters, her body was found in a water tank atop the roof of the hotel she was staying in, even though she technically should not have been capable of getting atop of the water tanks in the first place, nor of opening their lid and then closing them again from the inside.
This suggest that foul play took place, but Lam's corpse showed no sign of physical assault, and the toxicological tests done on her showed nothing beyond traces from her prescribed medication. Moreover, bloodhounds latter brought onto the roof could not find any trace of her.
It's a classical mystery death alright.

The really strange thing is, that this is a theme across multiple phenomenons from different cultures. Vampires, skinwalkers, black eyed children, pixies, fae, certain japanese obake and so on all need to be invited. What also comes to mind are Freemasons. No one will ever ask you to become a mason. You must ask to be let in.
