I wasn't sure whether to post this on /fit/ or /x/, but I think /fit/ is only interested in gains, so…

I was looking for information about the fountain of youth, and I found this book. While it's not strictly about the fountain of youth, it claims to teach you 6 exercises that can make you look a lot younger and pretty much reverse aging, to the point that you could look 35 even if you were well over a hundred years old.

The exercises are all quite simple, and even someone who's a bit out of shape (like me) can do them (though you might find some of them difficult at first). I don't know if they actually work since I've just finished reading the book and it will be weeks or months before I start seeing results, but it can't hurt to try. Even if they don't stop aging, they'll still make me healthier. The book is only 56 pages long and easy to read, so I recommend it.

Anyway, I suppose we can use this thread to discuss various ways to defeat aging and cheat death.

The diet recommendations are weird. I just skimmed it for now. I was watching a video on youtube and their was a segment of some old guy describing a link between aspirin and living hundreds of years. Given his old self, I'm assuming he was wrong, but it might be worth looking into.

is it like the 5 Tibetan exercises?

anyway, what you want to get into is Bone marrow/brain washing qigong, internal energy work.

I do intermittent fasting (eating only one meal a day) so I couldn't really follow his diet advice even if I understood it.

>I was watching a video on youtube and their was a segment of some old guy describing a link between aspirin and living hundreds of years.

If you could find the video again, I'd be interested in watching it.

>>29132

I'm not sure, but I suspect that the 5 tibetan exercises are either the same as those described by Kelder or inspired by them. Some guy called Emil Raux, a French scientist, also published a book with 4 of those 5 exercises that he probably stole from Kelder.

While I was researching the link between Kelder and Raux I found this website that has a lot of interesting information about the five rites.

"Brain washing qigong" sounds like something my protestant parents would disapprove of. Tell me more!

Aspirin heard it mentioned as one drug the elites regret giving us, look up its very early uses.

Well, well, well. It looks like we might have been born in time to live forever, /x/. Are you excited? Personally, I am. Life would be so much better if we didn't have to worry about the passing of time. This could change everything!

>"This is the closest we are to a safe and effective anti-ageing drug that's perhaps only three to five years away from being on the market if the trials go well," says Sinclair, who maintains a lab at UNSW in Sydney.

Good article about the current research on anti-aging solutions, the different approaches to the problem, the key figures, etc.

http://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2017/04/03/silicon-valleys-quest-to-live-forever

What would it be like to live in a world where people live thousands of years? I imagine we'd be forced to deal with overpopulation very soon. We couldn't ignore it any more. How would the governments of the world stop people from having children? Would people accept the idea of not being able to have children if it meant that they could live forever? Would there be wars for resources? Would the elites just kill 99% of the population to create a paradise for themselves?

Not /x/ tier shit, but you can *theoretically* extend your life by extending your telomeres. It's expensive as fuck, but there's a group of researchers who are selling telomerase supplements in the hope of enlisting guinea pigs for their life extending technology. Due to medical ethics, they can't do a normal study because curing death is not considered normal medicine. They don't recommend bothering with the supplements until your late 30s at the earliest as your telomeres are usually plenty long before then.

So the same shit it is used for today?

 No.31757

>>31573

Actually this is not a good way to go about it, as it would also extend the telomeres of cancerous cells.

Have these been proven to work in humans or only in mice? Imagine spending lots of money to buy these supplements and all you get is increased risk of cancer.

Studies prove vibrating SATANAMA (longer version of Satan) reverses aging, encourages immortality, reduces stress levels, etc. These are sources: http://josministries.prophpbb.com/post4642.html?hilit=Telomeres#p4642

2. Here is a scientific study conducted to the benefit of the SA-TA-NA-MA mantra and its renegeratives capabilities. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22407663

RESULTS:

The meditation group showed significantly lower levels of depressive symptoms and greater improvement in mental health and cognitive functioning compared with the relaxation group. In the meditation group, 65.2% showed 50% improvement on the Hamilton Depression Rating scale and 52% of the participants showed 50% improvement on the Mental Health Composite Summary score of the Short Form-36 scale compared with 31.2% and 19%, respectively, in the relaxation group (p < 0.05). The meditation group showed 43% improvement in telomerase activity compared with 3.7% in the relaxation group (p = 0.05)

SATANAMA is the healing name, it means Birth, Life, Death, Rebirth in the ancient Sanskrit language. As you can see, simply vibrating the mantra in a meditative state can increase your telomerase activity greatly. This is not even with any specific affirmation or intent directing the energies. The ancients knew the secrets of immortality. Much of the once widely available spiritual knowledge has been lost due to the programs of the anti-spiritual Semitic religions. It is only achieved through empowering the soul through meditation and yoga, to raise the Kundalini. There are no shortcut drugs, no secret formula for a potion you consume(Alchemy is a spiritual allegory, the metals are each code words for the chakras, due to the persecution of the Church, they could not write more plainly.) This is probably confusing if you don't know the terms, read the meditation section in the website link of the pic I posted. It's really quite simple once you start reading more about it.

https://youtu.be/wktw79LCw7c Anyways, here's a video also on how to do it. Make sure to do it in multiples of 9,(So you could vibrate it 9, 18 or 108 times) as this will increase the strength of the working.

"The Osiris Ani, whose word is truth, saith:- I am the serpent Sata whose years are infinite. I lie down dead. I am born daily. I am the serpent Sa-en-ta, the dweller in the uttermost parts of the earth. I lie down in death. I am born, I become new, I renew my youth every day."

-The Egyptian Book of the Dead

>Alchemy is a spiritual allegory

That's simply not true. Some alchemists treat it as such, but they're the minority. Alchemy is about reaching perfection, which for metals is gold, and for men is immortality. The purely spiritual type of alchemy is a relatively recent development which began in the 19th century.

 No.32155

>>32154

Yeah, I know. I was just objecting to his ignorance about alchemy. The idea of alchemy as a purely spiritual/psychological science didn't exist until a couple of centuries ago, when chemistry became its own science. The first alchemists were barely different from artisans, and for most of its history, alchemy remained concerned with matter as much as spirit (and arguably more so).
