Sing has spent majority of his career as a babyface and I don't think he has ever been booed, even during the few times he went heel. He's a cool character you just cannot dislike and for a while, he was even the most popular wrestler in America.

Has Rey ever been a heel? In the WWE at least I bolieve that he's always been a babyface, never got booed as well, except for Royal Rumble 2014 but it wasn't his fault, shit WWE booking and smarkfags are to blame. Muh Eddie was shit but again, poor writing is to blame. Even though he's known for his small size, he still looks rather bulky and I still used to think he looked tough in physique, unlike manlets of today who are small, scrawny and look like faggots.

and then he came to WWE for two matches. One being a nostalgia fest putting over HHH and the other being buckle bombed into retirement. Why were TNA able to nail what made Christian tick charismatically in one run with the company, while WWF/WWE reinvented him a good three or four times to never capture how he wasn't just "not Edge/Jericho"?

Seriously, they gave him easily his best promos, arguably best in ring work (between ~2000-2004 WWE and his TNA run on that) and even his best theme (seriously, I'd say that his TNA theme is better than any theme he had as a solo worker, and is one of the best instrumental themes of the 2000s in general).

DDP was the best everyman, underdog character, everyone could get behind him. That diamond cutter to Goldberg could have been enough to end the streak, an underdog such as him surprising everyone by beating the undefeated Goldberg in such an awesome way would have done wonders for DDP.
