Kind of. From a young age I have associated swimming and water and showers with sex because most of the times when I'do imagine or fantasize were at pools (not because of women in bikinis, but because the water on my dick made me horny) or in the shower.
In addition, due to the various stomach juices and acids, there is definitely an "immersed in liquid" component to vore. I'm into getting eaten by shark girls but other than that I really can't think of any aquatic predators I fantasize about being eaten by.
