Some details for those who might be thinking "why tell her"

She keeps wanting to know what all of my fetishes are (including the weird ones) so she can indulge me.

If she says she doesn't get it specifically, and teases you about it, there might be a chance she's caught on. She might have a hunch you have this fetish, since she might be able to read you get turned on by her teasing you. Of course I don't know any specifics, but what you told here seems to like that to me.
